MOBILIZE YOUR TEAMS!

Drawing from his Olympic relay team experience, Bruny reveals his unique vision on building high-performing teams. He explores the key elements of a winning team: mutual trust, effective communication, and collective commitment to a common goal. Based on his experience in high-level sports and business, he offers practical strategies to strengthen team cohesion, develop inspiring leadership, and create a culture of excellence. A conference for all leaders who want to transform their groups into high-performing teams.

Born in 1967 in Cap-Haitien, Bruny Surin is one of the best sprinters in the world. A four-time Olympian, he was instrumental in one of Canada’s most important sporting moments, helping his team win gold in the 4 × 100m relay at the Atlanta Olympic Games in 1996.

Bruny is also an accomplished businessman. In addition to making investments in the real estate sector, he is the head of Sprint management Inc., an organization that develops business partnerships and offers mentoring services to the business community all over the world. In 2009, he launched his sportswear line Vêtements Surin, and later founded La Fondation Bruny Surin, whose mission is to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among young people and to fight against dropping out of school.

In his keynotes, Olympic champion turned entrepreneur, he shares his conception of success and discusses the sacrifice, dedication, and perseverance necessary to achieve his dreams. Through his inspiring journey and strength of character, the former athlete has encouraged and influenced more than 150,000 students, employees, and business leaders across Canada.

RETHINKING TOMORROW: HOW AI WILL UNLOCK CREATIVITY IN YOUR INDUSTRY

Step into the future of your work—and see how AI will unlock your creativity.

In this flagship keynote, Dave takes your team on an immersive journey into the year 2040, using “day in the life” storytelling to explore how roles like CIO, product lead, or researcher might evolve. These narratives are grounded in today’s most compelling signals, AI, automation, data systems, and emerging tech, giving audiences a tangible sense of what’s coming next.

But this isn’t science fiction. It’s rehearsing for the future.

By prototyping the future in vivid detail, organizations can stress-test assumptions, spot new opportunities, and future-proof their direction. Along the way, David shows how AI isn’t just a tool for efficiency, it’s a partner in expanding human imagination and unlocking breakthrough creativity.

Audiences walk away with fresh insight, renewed optimism, and practical ways to build cultures of creativity and adaptability.

The future isn’t something we predict. It’s something we prototype.

Dave Glazer is the principal of Glazer Design, a foresight consultancy, and leads generative AI adoption at McCarthy Tétrault, one of Canada’s largest law firms. He honed his data and trend analysis skills in the Canadian Federal Government, where his reports reached all levels, including the Prime Minister’s Office. Dave has also played a key role in bringing a number of high-tech and clean-tech ventures to market in Canada and is currently advising Wellwave, a fast-moving AI startup in the digital therapeutics space.

He is the former VP of Data Strategy and Innovation at Kroll, and previously led emerging trends, innovation, and IT/digital strategy research at Info-Tech Research Group. Dave earned his MBA in the Management of Technology and Innovation from the Ted Rogers School of Management in Toronto, a top 25 global MBA program per Bloomberg Businessweek, and holds certificates in Digital Business Strategy, Artificial Intelligence, Platform Strategy, and the New Space Economy from MIT.

ACTIVITY INFORMATION
WALKING TOUR WITH A LOCAL TASTE OF QUÉBEC

Founded in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain, Quebec City is the only walled city in North America whose fortifications are still intact. In Quebec City you’ll find a unique style of architecture, culture, and heritage, brimming with European charm! Offer your attendees an authentic, one-of-a-kind experience in this UNESCO world heritage city, the birthplace of French civilization in North America.

During this tour, you will learn about the history of Quebec City by getting a glimpse of various renowned sites like the city’s fortifications (walls and gates), Place Royal, the Seminary of Quebec and Notre-Dame-de-Quebec Cathedral-Basilica located in City Hall Square.

Filled with pedestrian-friendly cobblestone streets, historic homes, and 400-year-old buildings turned into local shops, bistros and art galleries, Old Quebec is the perfect neighbourhood to get a taste of local Quebec products.

In addition to the historical sites, you will meet local producers and taste their products, such as homemade popcorn, hand-made chocolate fudge, goat-cheese, ice-cream, and nougat.

Activity duration: 4 hours

What to bring: Comfortable shoes and clothing according to the weather.

What will be provided

  • Professional tour guide.
  • Tasting of local products
  • Lunch, one glass of wine, beer, or soft drink.
  • Funicular ticket
  • Bottled water

Capacity: Maximum 16 participants per guide.

Fee: $199.00 plus taxes per person.

COUNTRYSIDE EXCURSION TO ÎLE D’ORLÉANS AND MONTMORENCY FALL PARK

To get a complete immersion in Quebec’s culture, we suggest introducing your guests to the small haven of fresh and specialized products only minutes away from the heart of our city, called l’Île D’Orléans. This tour is the perfect way to appreciate the rich history and relaxing atmosphere of Québec’s bucolic countryside.

Cidrerie Bilodeau

The Bilodeau Cider House specializes in miniature and semi-miniature apple trees. This family-owned orchard, with over 3,000 trees, has been perfecting the art of Ice Cider since 1982, helping to revive the popularity of this exceptional fruit.

What’s included: Tasting of cider products with an informative interpretation. Non-alcoholic apple products are also available.

Farm Le Bunker

Why is it called the Bunker? During the Cold War, Radio Canada built a bunker underneath the farm. Specializing in locally grown products, their mission is to provide families on the island with fresh, high-quality agricultural goods. Their boutique also features a wide selection of terroir-inspired items showcasing the richness of local craftsmanship.

What is included: Tasting of local products and an opportunity to visit the bunker

Cassis Mona & Filles

The French word cassis means blackcurrant and refers to a fragrant purple berry. Although the fruit originated in the Old World, it is well suited to growing in Quebec, despite our cold winters. Its flavor is deliciously tart with balanced sweetness, and its wine displays a rich flavor profile reminiscent of blueberry and blackberry.

At Cassis Monna & Filles, you can taste a variety of wines and liqueurs made from this delicious fruit.

Cassis Monna & Filles is a long-established family business, possessing a savoir-faire dating all the way back to 1875. The story begins when Louise Monna began crafting wines and spirits in the region of Hérault, France. Her son Émile went on to found a distillery and head to Quebec, where his own son established the now well-known Cassis Monna & Filles.

What is included: Tasting of two black currant wines, black currant liqueur, local vodka and gin, plus a small gift to take home

Lunch at Auberge la Goéliche – Ste-Pétronille, Île D’Orléans

La Goéliche, nestled along the shore of Île d’Orléans, offers a breathtaking view of Québec City and a stunning view of the river. Located in one of the island’s five most beautiful villages, this charming restaurant serves exquisite gourmet French cuisine alongside locally inspired dishes.

Visit the Montmorency Falls Park

Montmorency Falls Park is an unmissable attraction. The awe-inspiring 83-meter (272 feet) waterfall is one and a half times the height of Niagara Falls. Enjoy breathtaking views from various viewpoints throughout the site. On the estate next to the falls, you’ll find a historic mansion that once served as the Duke of Kent’s summer residence. Today, it has beautiful dining rooms offering stunning views.

Activity duration: 6 hours

What to bring: Comfortable shoes and clothing according to the weather.

What will be provided:

  • Professional tour guide
  • Visit and tastings in local stores,
  • Cable car ride at the falls, suspension bridge and park access

Nestled in the heart of the mountains, this 6,430-yard, par-72 course offers a challenge for every golfer, whatever their level. Narrow fairways, well-placed bunkers, strategic water hazards and spectacular views combine to create an unforgettable playing experience.
